LFG Construction obtained the mandate to execute the construction of the Massif du Sud wind farm.
A turnkey project which includes the erection of 75 wind turbines with a capacity of 150 megawatts, the construction of 55 km of roads, construction of a collector system of 56 km and the construction of a substation. Everything was done within the planned schedule and commissioning was performed January 18, 2013.
The Massif du Sud wind farm is located primarily on public lands in the municipalities of Saint-Luc-de-Bellechasse and Saint-Magloire in the MRC des Etchemins, and Saint-Philemon and Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland in the MRC de Bellechasse.
